It's wondeful work, and has changed how I interact in every context.  This gives me more choice, more freedom, and a yummier life.  The Matrix Model of Leadership is simple enough that it can be grasped in a moment, and subtle enough that I've been studying this work for several years now and keep deepening into the complexity.
