The third floor shrine room is outstanding, with it's Tibetan art and shrines. I'm lucky enough to live 2 blocks away, so I find it very convenient for sitting!
For the truly hardcore, there are two 3-hour sitting periods on most Sundays, from 9-noon and 2-5. For the less hardcore, you can come for just one hour segments.
